Covid - 19 Important Information

We are delighted to be able to welcome guests back to Sunnybank and want to make your stay as safe and pleasant as possible.
Self-catering properties have been issued with guidelines and protocols that outline new cleaning and safety requirements by the Welsh Government.
In response we have:
● prepared and carried out a full Risk Assessment for our properties.
● established a thorough cleaning protocol.
● achieved the ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard mark from Visit Britain and Visit Wales.
● complied with all the advice given by Gwynedd Council and both local and national Government
All this will, however, mean that things are slightly different from usual, and we will be asking for your cooperation with a few things.
The key will be left in a key safe, which is sanitised and cleaned after each guest. The key safe code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Cleaning will take longer in order to give ourselves sufficient time to carry out the extra tasks thoroughly and efficiently, so we need to be strict with check in and check out times. Arrival time will not be permitted before 3 pm and departure must be before 10 am. Apologies if this is inconvenient, but we hope you understand and ask that you will help us by observing these times.
New Rules:
If you have any questions, please call me on 07766 578 545
Thank you
Wendy

New Rules:
- Sanitise your hands on arrival and every time you return to the property. Wall mounted sanitisers are provided.
- Open as many windows as possible - before you leave in order to ventilate the properties for us.
- Strip your Beds To minimise contact with potential viral particles we ask that you remove all used bedding, pillow and mattress protectors and all used towels. These should be placed in the bath before you leave.
- Empty all bins and put into the outside bin in the shed. Alternatively, ensure all rubbish is securely tied up ready for disposal.
- Some things may be missing – to reduce the risk of touch contamination, we have been advised to remove as much as possible from the cottages. This means some cushions and throws, ornaments, paper information leaflets, toys, games, etc have been kept to a minimum. We have also reduced the quantity of some kitchen equipment, as the requirement to rewash every item between guests (even if it is clean) would not be possible in the time with the usual quantities.
- No visitors - please don’t invite any additional visitors into the property.
- Take everything with you - Ensure all items you have brought have been packed. Do not leave any food items in the fridge, cupboards or freezer. Please also take the toilet roll with you as this cannot be left for other users.
- If you develop symptoms – we sincerely hope that you will have a happy and healthy holiday. However, should a member of your party develop symptoms, the Government advice is to return to your primary residence as soon as possible, self-isolate there and take a test. Please let us know if you do develop symptoms, as the cleaning protocols for the cottages are different.
- IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ISOLATE HERE.
